If You Prefer to Pay by Mail:

Please send your payment to: CCCB, PO Box 336, Raritan, NJ 08869.  Please include the tear-off portion of the letter you received.  Also, be sure to write your file number on the check and all communications sent to CCCB.

 
In case you have lost your letter, please mail payment to; PO Box 336, Raritan, NJ 08869.  Please include your daytime & evening telephone number on your check.  On your envelope, please include your return address and the
full first and last name on your account.  Noting your file number will ensure that your payment is applied correctly to your account.
